Bloomington, Illinois - (The
Hosting News) - May 4, 2007 - Dedicated and
colocation web hosting provider, Ubiquity Server
Solutions, has begun expanding its services in Dallas,
Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago and Seattle. In
addition, the expansion is complemented with an
additional variety of managed services for both Linux
and Windows IIS, scaling toward large clustered
configurations.
Chris Donnelly, Network Engineer
for Ubiquity remarked, ''We found that the needs of
companies who support latency-critical applications had
for too long been left unmet. Through a consistent
product in diverse locations with immediate proximity to
carriers and peers, we are able to make these systems
administrators' dream come alive.''
The new
Ubiquity data centers have been strategically located at
the nearest possible geographical location to their
carrier partner (Mzima Networks) and peering providers
to eliminate added latency incurred by long-haul transit
fiber. When paired with the Force10 smart-routing
technology utilized by Mzima, as well as the company's
massive list of peers, Ubiquity has formed a specialized
service with a unique attention to detail.
In
addition to the unveiling of diverse colocation and
dedicated server locations, Ubiquity has brought forward
a complete managed hosting model, with an extra emphasis
on their large clustered hosting solutions. The
company's proprietary online client interface
(UbiquityNOC), has also been completely renovated with a
long list of new features including a variety of RRD
Graphs and online rDNS configuration, to go live later
this month.
Ubiquity Server Solutions is
maintained as a brand of the parent Nobis Technology
Group, LLC, an Illinois Corporation. The Nobis
Technology Group was formed in 2006 by merging several
diverse companies and brands spread across the entire
hosting spectrum, ranging from advanced enterprise
applications to gaming services, and everything in
between. As the infrastructure provider of virtually
every flavor of hosting solution on the modern Internet
which our parent organization maintains internally,
Ubiquity Server Solutions was soon reborn as a flagship
brand. |
